Bahb (bahb) -- Verb; to sew or to knit.
Bahber (bahb-uhr) -- Sewn, knitted.
Bahbu (bahb-oo) -- Tailor, knitter.
Bahtal (bah-taal) -- Knitting needle.
Ban (baan) -- Cape, cloak.
Banner (baan-uhr) -- Cloaked.
Banven (baan-vehn) -- Robe.
Barum (bah-room) -- Verb; to disappear.
Bifiboro (bee-fee-bohr-oh) -- Fourth planet in the Num solar system, located very close to Nummorro.  Bifiboro is known as a multicultural hub and a den of crime; without any native inhabitants of note, it was colonized by many groups from throughout the Num system and beyond.
Binus (bee-nuhs) -- God of insanity and mental disorders in the ancient K'hyurbhi religion.  Seen as something of a trickster, handing out crippling disabilities and amazing talents alike without any reasoning beyond simply liking the thought of them and wondering how the combination would work. 
Bla (blah) -- Verb; to speak or to say.
Blakau (blahk-ah-oo) -- Rant, monologue.  Used as a verb, means "to rant" or "to talk to one's self."
Blala (blah-lah) -- Verb; to mention, to specify.
Blalar (blah-lahr) -- Specific, aforementioned.
Bla'o (blah-oh) -- Speech, statement, saying, quote.
Bla'or (blah-ohr) -- Spoken, quoted.
Blik (blihk) -- Verb; to shoot.
Blikda (blihk-dah) -- Gun, especially rifles and other long guns.
Blikko (blihk-oh) -- Bullet, projectile.
Blikkoter (blihk-oh-tuhr) -- Muzzle flash.
Blikla (blihk-lah) -- Sound of a gunshot.
Blop (blahp) -- Onomatopoeia for something gooey or wet splashing or colliding with another object; similar to "splat."
Blor (blohr) -- Verb; to roll.
Blub (bluhb) -- Circle.  Used as a verb, means "to orbit" or "to move in a circle."
Blubber
 (bluh-buhr) -- Round.
Blubberwukk (bluh-buhr-wuhk) -- One of the eight K'hyurbhi tribes, based in the town of Blubberwukk near the southern tip of Blurbonazz.
Blubboh (bluhb-oh) -- Year.
Blubbohr (bluhb-ohr) -- Yearly, annual.
Blublu (bluhb-loo) -- Oval, ellipse.
Blublur (bluhb-loor) -- Oblong, elliptical, oval-shaped.
Blubbukaru (bluhb-oo-kahr-oo) -- Blubbonite; a green, crystalline mineral known mainly for its Num Warp-disrupting properties.  It was discovered by the Blurbys and named after the city of Blubboro.
Blubreent (bluhb-reent) -- Curve, bend, curved, bent.  Used as a verb, means "to curve" or "to bend."
Blubzullo (bluhb-zuhl-oh) -- Calendar.
Blurbonazz (bluhr-boh-naaz) -- A large continent on the planet Nummorro.
Blurby (bluhr-bee) -- Oval-bodied species native to Nummorro, with a population concentrated mostly on the continent of Blurbonazz.
Blurbyda (bluhr-bee-dah) -- Blurby staff; a short, heavy walking staff that doubles as a weapon, crafted from the wood of a certain tree in the Bippi Forest, known for its unusual strength.
Blurbyr (bluhr-beer) -- Adjective describing things like or relating to Blurbys; in English I generally use the word "Blurbian" in situations where Khurbyish would use blurbyr.
Bo (boh) -- Wall.
Bo'api (boh-ah-pee) -- Doorway, entrance.  Used as a verb, means "to open."
Bo'apir (boh-ah-peer) -- Open.
Bochzul (bohch-zuhl) -- Verb; to vandalize.
Bochzullo (bohch-zuhl-oh) -- Vandalism.
Bodan (boh-dahn) -- Internal frame (made up of wood or metal bars) of a building in the process of being constructed.
Bodiu (boh-dee-oo) -- Window.
Bodoon (boh-duen) -- Door.
Bodoonda (boh-duen-dah) -- Doorknob, handle.
Bolo (boh-loh) -- Foot.
Bolo-dan (boh-loh-daan) -- Armored shoe sometimes worn by round-bodied species such as K'hyurbhis.
Boloko (boh-loh-koh) -- Footprint. 
Bolola (boh-loh-lah) -- Sound of footsteps.
Bolotan (boh-loh-taan) -- Leg.
Bolozden (boh-lohz-dehn) -- Toe.
Bo'ono (boh-oh-noh) -- Room, chamber.
Bor (bohr) -- Ten.
Borel (bohr-ehl) -- One hundred and twenty.
Borez (bohr-ehz) -- Verb; to rule, to oversee, to be in charge.
Borezrahbu (bohr-ehz-rah-boo) -- Head chef.
Borezo (bohr-ehz-oh) -- Reign, rule.

Borron (bohr-rohn) -- Nummorrian squid.  Unlike the squids found on Earth, most species either live on land or are amphibious.

Bortu (bohr-too) -- Decuple.
Bortyez (bohr-tee-ehz) -- Verb; to vote.
Bortyezo (bohr-tee-ehz-oh) -- Vote, election.
Bortyezzer (bohr-tee-ehz-uhr) -- Democratic, elected (especially in reference to a form of government or to a government position.)
Borunshi (bohr-oon-shee) -- Society, culture, civilization.
Borzbor (bohrz-bohr) -- One hundred and thirty.
Borzhel (bohr-zhehl) -- One thousand four hundred and forty.

Brijetoo (brihj-eh-too) -- Fifth planet in the Num solar system, and home of the Burijeoo.  The name "Brijetoo" is not Khurbyish in origin, but rather a loanword from its inhabitants' native Brijuo.
Bu (boo) -- Way, method, technique, skill.
Buhkahi (buhk-ah-hee) -- Religious fanatic or corrupt religious leader, particularly one in favor of a theocracy-based society where religious rules are enforced as law.
Buhkahir (buhk-ah-heer) -- Fanatical.
Buhkahizul (buhk-ah-hee-zuhl) -- Theocracy; religious rule enforced as law, especially if enforced even on those who are members of another religion or none at all.
Buhfasu (buh-fah-soo) -- Fart.  Used as a verb, means "to fart."
Buhwai (buh-wai) -- Anus.  Also used as an insult, though considered much less offensive than fanaka.
Buhwair (buh-wair) -- Anal; of or pertaining to the anus.  Also used as a description of unpleasant behavior, roughly the equivalent of an English-speaker describing something as "assholish" or "assholy."
Bund (buhnd) -- Buttock, butt cheek.
Bunga (boon-gah) -- Skill level.
Bur (boor) -- Skilled.
Buro (boor-oh) -- Skill, talent.
Burediban (boo-reh-dee-baan) -- Third month of the standard Nummorrian calendar.
Buri (boo-ree) -- Red.
Burijeoo (boo-ree-jay-oo) -- Bipedal species with extremely unusual characteristics and life cycle, native to the planet Brijetoo.
Burivu (boo-ree-voo) -- Metallic red or orange color, such as the color of copper.
Busaye'oh (boo-sah-yeh-oh) -- Limit, restriction.
Busaye'ohr (boo-sah-yeh-ohr) -- Limited, restricted, forbidden.
Busoha (boo-soh-hah) -- Verb; to be able to.  Generally used in a way similar to how can/could are used in English.
Buwo'a (boo-woh-ah) -- Verb; to master.
Buwo'oo (boo-woh-oo) -- Master, expert.
