Esju (ehs-joo) -- An insult used almost exclusively by the Hamhu tribe, directed at K'hyurbhis who associate with members of other species (especially Numnums) or who consider those species as equals rather than inferior beings.  Esju is an archaic word that has not been in common usage outside the Hamhu tribe in thousands of years; its original meaning could be translated to something along the lines of "apostate," referring to one who had abandoned their original religious beliefs. 
Esjuo (ehs-joo-oh) -- Apostasy.  An archaic term, esjuo has seen little use outside the Hamhu tribe in the past few millennia.  The Hamhu use it as a description of the state of K'hyurbhis who do not follow the Hamhu way of life, most commonly in reference to entire K'hyurbhi tribes -- for example, the Hamhu may refer to the Wudimok tribe by the phrase "wudimok-esjuo" rather than the standard "wudimok-riyiyah."
