Lah (laa) -- Dead.  Used as a verb, means "to die."
Lahnan (laa-naan) -- "Cave of the dead;" the afterlife, according to the long-dead K'hyurbhi religion, where all who have died wander through endless networks of caves and those who were evil in life end up at least partially frozen in the ice that fills some of its branches.

Lai (lai) -- Answer.  Used as a verb, means "to answer" or "to reply."

Limba (lihm-bah) -- Verb; to exaggerate or twist facts.
Limballo (lihm-bah-loh) -- Tall tale, urban legend, myth.

Limba'oh (lihm-bah-oh) -- Exaggeration, half-truth.
Limbar (lihm-bahr) -- Exaggerated, unreliable.
Lo (loh) -- Number, amount, quantity; degree (as in the measurement of temperature.)
Lon (lohn) -- Rope, cord, thread; line.
Londa (lohn-dah) -- Whip.
Londala (lohn-dah-lah) -- Crack, snap; sound of a whip.
Lonje (lohn-jay) -- Braided hair.
Lonon (lohn-ohn) -- Net.
Lonve (lohn-veh) -- Headband, wristband, or similar accessory.
Loro (lohr-oh) -- Twenty thousand seven hundred and thirty-six.
Lowai (loh-wai) -- Verb; to calculate, to predict.
Lowaikoh (lo-waik-oh) -- Miscalculation.
Lowaioh (loh-wai-oh) -- Calculation, prediction.
Lowaish (loh-waish) -- Verb; to underestimate.
Lu (loo) -- Near, close; almost.

Lunch (luhnch) -- A dark, swampy planet located on the far edges of the Num solar system, home to the Yukkoh and a variety of other species.  The name Lunch is not Khurbyish in origin, but rather a loanword from their inhabitants' native Iokkoh language.
